If Japan is the furthest advancing Asian/Oceanic nation in the 2026 Men's FIFA World Cup, then the market resolves to Yes.

This market resolves based on the Asian/Oceanic nation that advances to the furthest stage in the 2026 Men's FIFA World Cup. Applicable stages: Group Stage Round of 32 Round of 16 Quarterfinals Semifinals Lose the Final Win the Final If multiple Asian/Oceanic nations tie for the furthest stage advanced to, payouts will be as follows: Yes payout: $1/N, rounded down to the nearest cent (N = number of tied participants) No payout: $1 minus the Yes payout For settlement purposes, a country is considered part of a continent based on the FIFA World Cup qualification pathway it competes through, rather than strict geographic borders. Asian/Oceanic (AFC/OFC) Nations Competing in the World Cup: Japan, Iraq, South Korea, Australia, Jordan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, New Zealand, Iran For the purposes of this Contract, if a team withdraws, forfeits, or is disqualified during the 2026 Men's FIFA World Cup, their furthest stage will be considered based on the last stage they successfully completed. For example, if a team withdraws after winning their Round of 32 match, their furthest stage will be considered the Round of 16. Note: If a team loses in the Semifinals, their furthest stage will be considered the Semifinals, regardless of whether they win the third-place match. If a team withdraws, forfeits, or is disqualified before the 2026 Men's FIFA World Cup, the market for that team will resolve to No. This market and these products have not been endorsed by FIFA.
