This market resolves based on the Asian/Oceanic nation that advances to the furthest stage in the 2026 Men's FIFA World Cup. Applicable stages: Group Stage Round of 32 Round of 16 Quarterfinals Semifinals Lose the Final Win the Final If multiple Asian/Oceanic nations tie for the furthest stage advanced to, payouts will be as follows: Yes payout: $1/N, rounded down to the nearest cent (N = number of tied participants) No payout: $1 minus the Yes payout For settlement purposes, a country is considered part of a continent based on the FIFA World Cup qualification pathway it competes through, rather than strict geographic borders. Asian/Oceanic (AFC/OFC) Nations Competing in the World Cup: Japan, Iraq, South Korea, Australia, Jordan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, New Zealand, Iran For the purposes of this Contract, if a team withdraws, forfeits, or is disqualified during the 2026 Men's FIFA World Cup, their furthest stage will be considered based on the last stage they successfully completed. For example, if a team withdraws after winning their Round of 32 match, their furthest stage will be considered the Round of 16. Note: If a team loses in the Semifinals, their furthest stage will be considered the Semifinals, regardless of whether they win the third-place match.
